Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using FMP Analytics (the 'Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms'). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the current version.

Account responsibilities
You're responsible for safeguarding your account, for any activity under it, and for keeping your contact information current. We will treat any instruction received under your account as authorized by you.

Subscriptions, billing, cancellation
Paid tiers (Pro, Quant, Institutional) bill monthly or annually, in advance. You may cancel at any time from your account page; subscription remains active until the end of the paid period, after which the account drops to Explorer (free) and your saved screens, watchlists, and notebooks are retained.

Data, privacy, and acceptable use
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. You agree not to (a) scrape the Service in bulk without written permission, (b) attempt to bypass rate limits, (c) reverse engineer dashboards, or (d) redistribute our data without a license.

Intellectual property
We retain all intellectual property rights in the Service and its underlying data, models, and algorithms. You retain all rights in data you upload (e.g. holdings, custom formulas). We may use aggregate, de-identified patterns to improve the Service.

Disclaimers
The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. We make no guarantees as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or signal. Nothing on the Service constitutes investment, legal, or tax advice. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FMP Analytics and its officers, directors, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, with reasonable notice where possible. Upon termination, you remain responsible for charges incurred up to that point.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
